Din aplicație

1. Deschide TradingMentor și intră în Profil (iconița din colțul din dreapta sus).
2. Apasă Șterge contul la finalul paginii.
3. Confirmă cu parola contului.

Contul se șterge imediat și definitiv.

Prin email

Dacă nu mai ai acces la aplicație, scrie-ne la contact@shoptastic.ro de pe adresa asociată contului și menționează numele de utilizator. Ștergem contul în cel mult 30 de zile.

Ce se șterge

Numele de utilizator, adresa de email, parola (criptată), portofoliul virtual, tranzacțiile din simulator, progresul la lecții, provocările, trofeele și conversațiile cu mentorul AI. Nu păstrăm nicio copie după ștergere.

In the app

1. Open TradingMentor and go to Profile (the icon in the top right corner).
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
3. Confirm with your account password.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@shoptastic.ro from the address linked to your account and include your username. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your username, email address, password (encrypted), virtual portfolio, simulator trades, lesson progress, challenges, trophies and conversations with the AI mentor. We keep no copy after deletion.
